10,000 Tablets is a project in partnership with Connecting Portland, Portland Forward & Sano Health, as a certified distributor of the Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP). We are here to make connections so that you can stay connected!
TABLET & SERVICE
A Samsung Tablet with Verizon Service
For a one-time co-payment of $10.01*, those who qualify will receive a Samsung tablet, with 5 years of unlimited service, through Verizon.
*based on government requirements that the co-payment be more than $10 but less than $50
Only one monthly service discount and one device discount is allowed per household.*

THE PRODUCT
*Please note: if you currently receive the ACP $30 monthly WiFi discount, you may change benefits to choose the tablet & service instead. However, if you have already chosen the free phone with service benefit, you are not eligible to transfer benefits to receive the tablet.
Online access must be used a minimum of once a month, to continue to receive service.
